STUDENT COUNCIL
Welcome to Our School's Student Council Page
Meet Your Student Leaders:
At our school we believe in nurturing leadership and fostering a sense of community among our students. Our Student Council, comprised of dedicated individuals elected by their peers, plays a vital role in representing student interests, organizing events, and promoting unity within our school.

Student Leadership Team
At St. Stephen’s School, we take immense pride in our Student Leadership Team, which comprises the Head Boy, Head Girl, Vice Head Boy, and Vice Head Girl. These student leaders are the voice of the student community and play a vital role in upholding the school’s values, discipline, and spirit.
Our student leaders are chosen for their integrity, dedication, and leadership qualities. They serve as role models for their peers, inspiring others through their conduct, commitment, and compassion. Each of them embodies the true essence of leadership — leading not by authority, but by example.
The Head Boy and Head Girl represent the school at various platforms, guiding their fellow students and ensuring that school rules and traditions are respected and followed. They work closely with teachers and the school administration to promote harmony, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students.
Supporting them, the Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl share the same responsibilities and assist in carrying out day-to-day duties, ensuring smooth coordination of all school activities and events. Together, this team leads assemblies, coordinates inter-house competitions, assists in organizing school programs, and acts as a bridge between students and staff.
Beyond duties and responsibilities, these young leaders symbolize the heart of our school — representing values of respect, empathy, teamwork, and excellence. Their tireless efforts and positive attitude inspire others to strive for success, both in academics and character.
HOUSES
Welcome to our vibrant school community, where we foster a sense of camaraderie, healthy competition, and a spirit of unity through our unique house system.
Our students and teachers are divided into three distinct houses:
Harmony House, Dignity House, and Legacy House.
Each house represents a set of values and qualities that we aim to instill in our school community.
To strengthen the bond within each house, we have appointed Student and Teacher captains and vice-captains who lead and guide their respective houses.
At our school, we believe in the power of healthy competition and the development of well-rounded individuals. Therefore, all our activities, whether academic, cultural, or sports-related, are based on house competitions. From essay writing and reading challenges to cultural performances, sports events, drawing competitions, slogan writing, card making, rangoli making, and other creative activities, every student has the opportunity to showcase their talents and contribute to their house's success.
Throughout the academic year, the houses engage in friendly rivalry, encouraging teamwork, skill development, and a strong sense of belonging.
The culmination of these events is our annual function, where the house that emerges victorious across all competitions is awarded the prestigious trophy for overall excellence.
